Listen to your intuition with the answers you receive. And in fact, try them on. Here's what I mean. In a moment when you're done reading this, close your eyes and think back to a decision you made at some point in your life, where you know with all of your being that it was the right decision. It felt so good to you. And it turned out to be a fabulous decision. Picture that in your mind - what you felt, what you saw, what you heard. Where do you see it - up to the left, down to the right, to one side or the other? Picture yourself making that decision clearly in your mind and notice where you see it - as if you were watching it in a movie - watching yourself.
Now blank that screen in your mind and think about a time when you made a bbbaaaadddd decision and it didn't feel good at all. Picture making that decision in your mind and how it felt when you made that decision. Where do you picture it in your mind? I'm guessing that you picture that in a different place, do you not?
So with the decisions you are making now, think about one decision that you will make, one small decision, like what you are going to eat for lunch. Find 2 options. Close your eyes and picture yourself choosing one of the options. Think about it deeply and picture what you will look like, sound like, feel like after making that decision. Put that picture in the location where you had previously pictured the bad decision. Get a sense of it, hear the words you say to yourself, and feel what it feels like. Then put that same picture of making that decision in the other place in your mind where you previously pictured the good decision. Get a sense of it, hear the words you say to yourself, and feel what it feels like.
Where does that option fit best?
Try picturing the other option the same way. Then trust what you see, hear, and feel. It is a decision-making strategy.
As you practice with this, you'll begin to trust it as you always make the right decisions for you - with simple choices and then with more difficult ones.

Sweat your PURE Prayers Dance
I am so blessed and in bliss from what was a truly amazing 7 Week Journey of dance. I want to express heartfelt gratitude for those of you who chose the path of sweating your prayers for your own healing and the healing of our planet. I feel honored and privileged to be attending the Awakening Retreat Kundalini Dance workshop coming up on Gabriola Island and to bring this form of movement to the forefront of what is offered at PURE as an option for health, wellbeing and the deepest of connection to self and others. 5 Peaks Runs
We are encouraging our members to sign up for 5 PEAKS at www.5peaks.com which is an opportunity to run five courses either a 5km or 8km or 15 Km off road race in Edmonton and surrounding areas between April and September. It is a great way to keep you motivated to train for something as well as discover new paths and spaces in our beautiful city and to BE outdoors and one with Mother Nature..
