At Pure Potential Personal Training Inc. we are aware of the following facts:

  • Most large fitness clubs operate on a pure volume model and have thousands of members.

We do things differently at Pure Potential Personal Training Inc. so our clients aren’t among these drop-out statistics. We will not just sell you a membership. We differentiate ourselves from the big fitness clubs by actually striving to help our clients remain accountable to their goals and reach their program and progress by applying the principles of Law of Attraction. All clients train with a certified Personal Trainer who will act as your personal coach, create a custom-designed program for you, monitor your progress and provide you with the accountability you need to reach your goals. During these sessions, your personal trainer will:
  • Perform a thorough fitness assessment examining your muscle weaknesses, imbalances, and posture deviations. They then use this information to design a workout program that is custom-fit to your body and is based on your current fitness level, goals, and interests. Your workout plan will be comprehensive and will include cardiovascular training, muscle strength and endurance conditioning, flexibility, and nutrition.
  • Teach you how to use a Heart Rate monitor and calculate your Training zones for your cardiovascular workouts to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Analyze your current nutritional habits and provide suggestions to help you reach your goals quickly and safely.
  • Help you to feel comfortable with our exercise equipment and your body.
  • Suggest a follow-up plan to monitor results and to progress your program as you develop a greater level of fitness.
Research shows it takes about a year for most people to adopt the positive lifestyle changes we recommend, develop new habits, and remove negative patterns.

Exercise Options: Depending on your goals, your trainer may focus on muscle-conditioning, cardiovascular training, or a combination of both. Many clients also need and appreciate a portion of their workouts spent on stretching. In fact, some clients schedule in an extra 30 minutes just to focus on releasing some tight areas.

Nutrition Consulting:  Dedicated time can be spent reviewing nutrition and exercise logs, discussing strategies for overcoming emotional eating, negative thinking and poor body image, and monitoring progress. Just 30-60 minutes weekly is enough time to make significant changes to your relationship with food. A trainer can provide you with the support, education and accountability to completely revamp your eating habits and lifestyle. Watch your body be transformed!

Lifestyle Coaching: Most of the time we know what we should be doing but there’s a big difference between knowing and doing. Allow a trainer to help you restructure your lifestyle so that you can live your dream life and be the best that you can be in all areas. This dedicated time to self-improvement and behavioral change will make a huge difference to your overall happiness and success.

Flexible Scheduling: As a client, there are many ways that you can utilize our services to help you achieve your goals. For example, some of our clients train with a trainer two to five times per week. Other clients get started with a trainer who designs a program for them and they just see their trainer once every one to two months to monitor progress and make updates to their program. Then there are some clients who do a combination of both – they might see a trainer once per week to ensure a tough workout and to hold them accountable weekly and then the rest of the time they workout on their own and/or attend group sessions. You can utilize our private training packages in any way that fits your schedule and budget. If you’re tight for time, just use 30 minutes with your trainer. We’ll make it short and intense. If you want a more comprehensive workout, schedule an hour session. If you’re the type that enjoys a really challenging workout, or would like to dedicate some additional time to nutrition consulting, lifestyle coaching or stretching, try a full body 90 minute session.
